Large split leaves with stable cream speckled/marbled variegation that usually appears throughout the plant.
Climbing aroid; leaves become larger and more fenestrated with bright light and support.
Thai Constellation refers to the cream speckled variegation pattern.
Widely recognised cultivated variegated form; not a hybrid under FloraFolio rules. MDPI supports the name as M. deliciosa ‘Thai Constellation’.
Needs brighter light than green deliciosa to support variegated tissue, but avoid harsh direct sun. Keep in chunky mix and avoid overwatering.
Repot every 1–2 years in spring, or when roots fill the pot. Provide fresh chunky mix and a larger support rather than a much larger pot.
Monthly in spring and summer at half strength
- Browning white/cream variegation from stress, root rot from wet soil, low-variegation leaves in low light.
- More scalable in tissue culture than many sectoral variegated Monstera forms.
